Since we are starting up again after being closed for 5 months we want to offer all bookings until 1st of December 2020 a covid19 start-up discount of 20% discount applied to the daily rate. This is only for bookings done via our online booking via our website and is not applicable with other discounts. 

COVID19 sanitation

During these times we take sanitation of our Villa very seriously. We have implemented a 24hr free space between bookings prior to arrival and departure to give us the necessary time to thoroughly clean and sanitise the villa. We can't implement a complete no contact check in for the villa as there are some things we need to show and explain regarding the security of the villa. But rest assured we will adhere to all the recommended distancing and sanitation set down by our government.

There is always something to do here in Cape Town. Whether it be wine tastings, food (there are many delicious and reasonable restaurants), dancing, live music, sight-seeing, paragliding, mountain hikes and more. You name it and it can be found here. 

The newly opened Contemporary Art Museum is the largest on the African continent. From Cape Town you can also easily reach many places for wine tasting that showcase the different wineries of South Africa. One can view the migrating whales along the coast from Hout Bay to the whale festival area of Hermanus. Drive the garden route, with its many vineyards and game reserves. All is within easy reach of the Maes Atlantic Cape Town Villa. Come enjoy South Africa and the distinctive city of Cape Town with our villa as your home away from home.

Location

Savor the good life in our fully furnished Villa in Cape Town. We are located in the suburb of Greenpoint on the Atlantic Seaboard. The villa sits just below Signal Hill, from which colorful paragliders take flight when the wind is right. The villa overlooks most of Greenpoint, the stadium, Reddams College, the Waterfront and the Atlantic Seaboard promenade. We have wonderful 180-degree views from morning until sunset.
The suburb of Sea Point offers everything you could need between the streets of Main Road and Regent Road. Yet the villa is also close to the Waterkant, the V&A Waterfront, as well as the City Bowl downtown.It is a short ride to Camps Bay, or Hout Bay around Chapmans Peak. Take a quick look at the penguins in Simons Town, then continue on to the Cape of Good Hope. All is within easy reach of the Villa.Travel a bit further and you can visit the game reserves in the Kleine Karoo or wander in the direction of Port Elizabeth along the beautiful garden highway route.
