To confirm the villa booking we require a 50% deposit at the time of making the reservation unless the booking is less than 2 weeks prior to arrival where we ask for the full amount at the time of making the booking. To book, we ask you to go to the button BOOK ONLINE for our secure booking site for the payments.
We accept ONLY Visa, MasterCard.
Once you have made the payment we will send you a final confirmation for your booking back to you via the given email.
We work on a first come first serve basis in regards to payments being sent to reserve the villa. So the villa is not blocked off for a booking request unless specified by us. Email communication does not constitute a booking unless otherwise specified by ourselves.
Final payments are to be paid upon arrival for with the same credit card. Bookings made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking. There is a cleaning surcharge of ZAR 500.00 per stay payable at the time of check in. There will be a separate authorisation on the credit card or in cash for the damage deposit of ZAR10.000.00 for the villa at check in. This is reversible or paid back upon check out if all is in order.
Arrival to the villa
We like to have your arrival travel itinerary (flight number and airline code, departure city or if by car your estimated arrival time here in Cape Town) to ensure that someone meets you at the villa. We arrange our schedules around arrival and departures of guests. This may be sent to us at a later time. Preferably not later than 3 days prior to arrival date. This falls entirely up to you to send us this info in time.

Check out time: 7am-11am if earlier this needs to be announced upon arrival
We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your trip.
For the villa, a full refund if a cancellation is made 14 or more days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior arrival then the deposit is forfeited. If we are able to re-book the villa for any of the cancelled days those will be credited back to the card charged. For shortening a booking there may apply a minimum stay according to the dates booked. Please ask us what is applicable for a shortening of your dates.
You agree to our policies once you have paid the deposit.
For any unforeseen reasons you must cancel or shorten your reservation then it is advisable to email us to see what can be arranged.
