Hospitality since 1994
The VillaThe villa contains a open-plan living-dining area, a full kitchen, 6 bedrooms: each with a ensuite bathroom comprised of shower, washbasin and toilet, plus picturesque gardens and terraces. The front patio-terrace is particularly suitable for coffee-breakfast, or for Sundowners. The large living/dining room in the front features views over Reddam College, the city stadium, and in the distance you’ll see Robben Island across from the harbour area.
There is a large swimming pool to enjoy throughout the entire day. We have a Braai area (for BBQ-style grilling) that is on one side of the house, with a large outside seating area and table.
The villa is on 2 levels. First there is the large living and dining area that offers spectacular views from the large sliding glass doors on eitherside of the main entrance. Then there is 1 bedroom at the back on the ground floor of the house, with a ensuite bathroom. There is a separate toilet next to the staircase for visiting guests, which can be reached from either the hallway or the back entrance door.
There are 5 other bedrooms on the upper floor of the house, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is the possibility in two of our guest rooms of converting a roomy king-bed into two single-beds, if needed. You may utilize an extra living room on the upper floor as well.
The villa has secure garage parking for 2 cars in the front main driveway on Highlevel Road.
There you may encounter our reliable and hospitable caretaker, who lives on site to clean house, do the laundry, maintain the villa and gardens for us. He is efficient, friendly, and speaks English.
We ourselves (Ken or Vlad), will welcome you and check you into the villa. You can contact us for anything needed during your stay, since we live just down the road from the villa.
Prepare for a memorable stay in this luxurious getaway. Pictures tell only half the story. There is no better way to experience Cape Town than to enjoy a coffee or Sundowner here in the villa, while watching the Atlantic ocean extend towards the horizon before your eyes.
